Take little breaks and time out to relieve your brain. With hours of sitting, remember to do meditation and physical activity exercises to keep your brain and body healthy. All the time remember, keeping the mind calm. You can also use this time for some fun activities, follow your hobbies, or talk with your friends. The object is to continue a healthy study-life balance and relieve stress.
6. Emphasize On Revisions
The tip to remember all the details you have learned is to have repeated revisions. Once you have fully made your notes and are done with your study, go through your own handwritten notes at least twice a week so that you do not forget the years, numbers names, and key formulas during the exam.
