The Directorate of Medical Education has announced that the counselling for Undergraduate medical courses including MBBS and BDS in Tamil Nadu will start today. The ranking list for medical courses for the current academic year was released last week.
After this, the MBBS and BDS Counselling stats on October 19th for special quota. Through this counselling, the seats for special categories including sports and succession of ex-servicemen are to be filled. Following this, the 7.5% quota for government school students’ counselling will be held tomorrow. A total of 454 MBBS and 104 BDS seats will be filled through this counselling.
It has been announced that counselling for the general category will be held online from October 21 to 25. Now, it has been announced that the counselling for special quota will be conducted directly at Omanturar Government Hospital. After the completion, the counselling for administrative quota seats will be conducted online from the 21st to the 27th of October.
