
NTA revised date for NEET UG test for Manipur scholars
The National Testing Agency (NTA) blazoned the proposed dates for the (NEET- UG), as well as the (CUET- UG, CUET- PG) for scholars from Manipur history, March 25, through a sanctioned notice.
Dates as per the notice are
NEET- UG
20232-July 3 to July 5
CUET- UG
2023-July 5, July 6, July 7, July 8
CUET- PG
2023-June 5 to June 17
The notice says NTA proposed the dates for the test after it has “precisely reviewed the law- and- order situation in discussion with the State Administration of Manipur and State Government of Manipur. ”
The NTA makes it clear that campaigners in the state of Manipur who haven’t appeared in or missed the NEET- UG or CUET- UG examinations due to the “ law- and- order situation ” also have the choice to change the City of Exam, irrespective of whether they had downloaded the admit cards for these exam or not.
“The test me Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) installation during the period from 26 May 2023(7 AM) to 30 May 2023(7 PM). A communication in this regard will be transferred to each seeker on his/ her mobile number
Registered with the online operation form for the separate test. The campaigners must use their registered Mobile Number to mileage of this installation through IVRS,” the notice further reads.
Examinations laid over due to violence
Manipur has witnessed violence over a move to grant listed lineage status to the maturity Metei group. Naga and Kuki tribals who are antagonistic this plan organized a’ ethnical Solidarity March’, after which clashes broke out in the state, reports may 28 PTI.
For the campaigners whose test centers were assigned in Manipur, where these clashes passed just days before NEET- UG, the NTA has laid over the examination. CUET- UG has also been laid over in a analogous tone.
While NEET- UG was across conducted the country on May 7, CUET- UG began on June 5 to 8.

The test megacity option will be available for campaigners from May 26 to 30, the campaigners can choose their test metropolises through the interactive voice response system (IVRS) installation. The campaigners should use their mobile number to mileage the installation through IVRS.
