
NEET 2023: Exam Date (May 7), Application Form OUT, Eligibility, Syllabus, Question Papers
NEET 2023 exam will be conducted on May 7, 2023. The application form for NEET UG 2023 was released on March 6, along with the notification and information brochure. The last date to apply for the exam is April 6, 11.50 PM. Â Based on the previous year’s tendency, it is scheduled that the NEET 2023 application deadline may be expanded.

LATEST UPDATES NEET 2023
There have been some changes by the NTA in the NEET 2023 as suggested below:
Age Eligibility Criteria Revised for NEET 2023: NTA has cancelled the upper age limit of 25 years for NEET 2023.
NEET paper pattern 2023: In NEET exam will comprise two sections A and B. Section A will have 35 questions and section B will be having 15 questions and from section B, out of these 15 questions, students can choose any 10 questions. So, the paper will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions out of which, only 180 questions are to be answered.
Time Duration: The exam duration is 3 hours There will be extra 20 minutes available for students to solve the NEET 2023 question paper.
Application fees increased for all categories: There is an increment of rs 100 in the application fees for the General, SC/ST/OBC categories. However, for NRI, the fee is 8500 INR which was 7500 INR last year.
NEET –UG RESERVATION CRITERIA: The NMC has reserved the seats of the All-India Quota for 15 % and of State Quota Seats for 85% for NEET 2023. Other OBC:27% SC:15%EWS:10%
Increase in exam centers for NEET 2023: – The authority has increased the exam centers 155 to 543 cities in India and 14 abroad for NEET 2023.

NEET Eligibility Criteria 2023
The NMC released NEET 2023 eligibility criteria for aspirants to apply for the NEET 2023 exam. The eligibility criteria for the NEET 2023 are mentioned below:
Age Limit: The minimum age of the applicants as of December 31, 2023, should be 17 years. The upper age limit of 25 years for General category candidates and 30 years for reserved category candidates have been removed by NMC in 2022.

Nationality Candidates must be the citizen of India. NRIS, OCIS, PIOS & Foreign Nationals can also apply. Aspirants seeking for admission in UG medical courses in abroad are required to qualify NEET exam
Minimum qualification:
Aspirants must have cleared Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised Board.
Aspirants who are appearing for Class 12 or equivalent in 2023 can also apply for NEET 2023.
Aspirants who have completed Class 12 or equivalent from an open school are also eligible.
How to fill NEET 2023 Application Form?
Steps to Fill NEET Application Form
Step 1- NEET 2023 Registration
The first and foremost step is to generate the login credentials to register for NEET 2023
You can do so by visiting the official NEET National testing agency (NTA) neet.nta.nic.in site and clicking on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
After this, you need to fill in the basic details like email, name, phone number, Date of birth, etc. and submit the form.
Once this is done, the login documents (ID and Password) will be sent on your registered email id.
Step 2- Filling NEET 2023 Application Form                                                                                               Once the registration is done, the aspirant has to login and fill the NEET 2023 application form. In this step, the aspirant will have to submit personal details, select the exam center, medium of paper, and also mention the academic details.
Step 3 – Documents Required for NEET Application Form
 the candidate will have to upload the documents required for NEET 2023 application form mentioned below in JPG and PDF formats respectively –
Step 4 – NEET Form Fill Up Fees
 the candidate is required to pay NEET application fee. NEET form fill up 2023 fees has to be paid online via UPI App/ Debit card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ E-wallet. Candidates can refer to the table below for application fee for NEET 2023:
Once all the steps are completed, the form gets successfully submitted.

NEET Syllabus is based on the class 11th and 12th syllabus. NTA has released the syllabus of NEET on the official site. No changes have been made in NEET syllabus 2023. However, internal choices in the paper have been introduced to provide some relaxation to the aspirants.
