- Students who want to apply to the offline process apply for an eligibility certificate to the Medical Council of India, Application form.
- Then students send the application form, the original certificate, and the original mark sheets of the qualifying examinations.
- After completing the document verification, the original certificate and mark sheet will be returned to the students.
- Complete all the application forms and then submit the application form on the Medical Council of India website.
- Students should copy the documents at the Medical Council of India. It can be submitted personally or through speed post within six months from the date of submission of the online application form.

- Original copies of the English translation of the OBC / SC / ST certificate.
- 5-color passport-size photograph with the front view
